On May 16th 2013, the fate of where I would be spending the next 18 months was revealed;
Dear Sister Benson:
You are herby called to serve as a missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You are assigned to labor in the Arkansas Little Rock Mission. It is anticipated that you will serve for a period of 18 months.
You should report to the Provo Missionary Training Center on Wednesday September 25, 2013. You will prepare to preach the gospel in the English language.
The shock of going to the deep south was mind boggling....
But I am happy to go wherever it is the Lord needs me to serve :]
Arkansas here I come!
